 Post subject: [BUG] "Bug" on e2m6

So yesterday the map e2m6 The Dismal Oubliette loaded and another player (I think it was Desmond_TuTu or something like that) had the blink rune. A couple minutes into the map he blinked underneath the main room floor (in single player, the floor starts out dropped in water I think?). I chased him and saw that he was indeed under the main floor. I eventually obtained blink rune later on in the map and could not recreate this..... not a big deal but should you be allowed to blink under the floor there?

The blink algorithm uses the weapons and items around the level to select its spawn spot. There are a couple of health boxes (used in single player) that can allow you be blinked under the floor. As long as you don't drop your rune, you'll be able to health up and get out of there. Teleport and phase rune users could also find their way down there. Maybe I should stick more goodies in there.

Actually, that would be an incentive for some to keep Blink rune if you did that :) I usually tend to drop it because I'm an aggressive player (would rather attack directly than blink around). It's be cool on a couple of maps where you could blink into those unaccessible areas and find mega health, armor, ammo, etc. :) :)

That's a really good idea actually, due to the fact that all of us have played quake so long, it would be pretty nice to have little things like that add a twist to it. It would make the game more fun.
