Additional "weirdness" effect that reverses the +forward and +back bindings temporarily.
Rune of Desperation -- attack damage is inversely proportional to current health. Max damage not to exceed 6x (berserker). Full health should be 50% or 75% normal attack power
Swiss Rune -- ignores the effects of all other runes, but take 1.5x normal damage
Blink Rune 2 -- instead of teleporting yourself, aim it at someone and it teleports THEM away. Requires charging.
Death Blossom Rune -- like in Quake Superheroes, death blossoms avenge you when killed.
Reflect Rune -- acts like the invulnerability rune, but reflects rune attacks (like weirdness) back to the attacker.
White Hole Rune -- works opposite of the gravity well
Third Eye Rune -- lets you know when someone is behind you to prevent sneak attacks
Anti-Telefrag Rune -- deflects telefrags
Pickpocket Rune -- touch someone to steal some of their health/armor/ammo/weapons at random (also like in Superheroes)
Homing Rockets Rune -- use rune to shoot a heat-seeking rocket, moves slower than normal rocket and costs 2 rockets
Backpack Bomb Rune -- drops a fake backpack that gibs the unlucky quaker to pick it up. Or could be used to replace the backpack that drops when you are killed.
Super Splash Rune -- splash radius from grenades and rockets goes up
No Splash Rune -- No splash radius from grenades or rockets, but a direct hit does lots of damage
Camper Rune -- when you fire grenades and rockets they come from a random direction (like in Superheroes)
