Anti-Packs Rune
Drop backpacks that remove ammo and weapons from your enemies. The backpacks will bleed to indicate they are not standard backpacks.
Settings
You lose one weapon, starting from LG to SSG. Each type of ammo is also at risk, a random number up to 1/2 your current ammo is calculated and then deducted.
(I'm still adjusting these values)
