Post subject:  Veng rune

I just got an idea, veng rune should work on anti-pack rune, and ice traps.
If you walk over an anti-pak, the anti-pak rune's owner would loose ammo as well.

If you get stuck in a ice trap, the ice trap's owner would get stuck as well.
Same as bluestuff trap.

Another nice idea IEEE. It sounds so logical, I wonder why it was never implemented this way previously.
